I’m 5’3″ and short waisted so wear all my belts around the widest part of my hips and have to order large size. this belt fit perfectly, soft, conforming and the width as expected. The problem was that the color was a more neutral, blander brown than what was pictured on my computer so I sent it back.

I gain and lose weight in cycles, but I’m mostly a 36 waist, with times under that and times over that. I bought this belt in size 38, and it fits great using the second tightest hole, but it really doesn’t matter because it seems like this belt should last a long time, so I’ll just drill holes accordingly. My only complaint (and reason for one star in style) is that the Carhartt logo is not where it seems in Zappos pics, which I prefer, because I’m not a Carharrt Fanboy and would rather have it hidden then sticking right out in front, just above my jeans zipper, LOL. Can’t have everything, I suppose! The color is somewhere between the two pics I took, one with flash and one without. Full grain leather, brown, and plain (with the exception of the logo) are what I was looking for.
