Shipping Information
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer two shipping options to meet your needs:
- Standard Shipping ($12.95) – Shipped via DHL or FedEx with delivery in 10-15 business days after shipment
- Free Shipping – Available for orders over $50, shipped via EMS with delivery in 15-25 business days after shipment
Note for International Customers: We ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote regions. International customers may be subject to customs fees or import duties which are the responsibility of the recipient.
Returns & Exchanges
Our Return Policy
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible:
- Items must be unused, in original condition with all tags attached
- Items must be in their original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless defective:
- Insoles & Accessories
- Hats (unless in original packaging with hygiene seal intact)
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

- Wait for approval – We’ll review your request and send a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions within 2 business days
- Package your item – Securely pack the item(s) in original packaging with the RMA number clearly visible

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 3-5 business days), we’ll process your refund or exchange and email you a notification.
Refund Timelines & Methods
- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-7 business days after approval to original payment method
- PayPal: 3-5 business days after approval to your PayPal account
Note: Your bank or payment processor may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
Exchange Process
- We’ll ship your replacement after processing your return
- For higher-value exchanges: You’ll pay the difference
- For lower-value exchanges: We’ll refund the difference to your original payment method
Shipping Costs
- Returns: Customer pays unless due to our error or defective merchandise
- Exchanges: Customer pays return shipping; we cover shipping for replacement
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged/defective item, contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos and your order number. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund and cover all shipping costs.
International Returns
For customers outside the U.S.:
- You’re responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees/duties
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service
- Refunds are issued in U.S. dollars (currency conversion differences may apply)
